The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported a recent study that reveals Americans get over one-fourth of their daily calories from junk foods which includes fats, oils, and sugars. The highest consumers of these products were Caucasian women under 65 with 12 years of education and higher income levels. No wonder our children have poor eating habits. Regardless of your weight, junk foods are not good for your body.
