Exercise! One of the best stress relievers around is simply doing some type of physical activity, the more strenuous the better. Try running, power walking, aerobics, bicycling, rollerblading, in-line skating, etc. Vigorous aerobic-type exercise helps you to think more clearly and reduces your stress levels, not to mention the benefits to your body and overall health.
