Tip of the Week

A recent study by Columbia's National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA), found that America has an epidemic of underage drinking. Parents must get involved in their children's lives by asking tough questions and discussing tough topics such as self-esteem and self worth, finding healthy ways to express themselves, etc.
