When children begin eat a regular diet of nutritious foods rather than junk, you should notice a decrease in the number of sick days. There should also be a decrease in trips to the doctor and resulting medical bills. And of course, less sick kids and less trips to the doctor also mean less time you have to take off from work to care for them.
