Many kids don't eat fruit because it is too much work to peel it or cut it up. So try cutting-up some apples, pears, bananas, or oranges for ready-to-eat snacks. To keep the fruit from turning brown, pour lemon juice over them. Place the snacks in a covered container or plastic bag the night before and it will be ready for them when they get home from school. No more spoiling their supper with junk food that doesn't satisfy their bellies or help build strong bodies.
